Bilingual Spanish required!Responsibilities:Answering phones and greeting incoming guests or tenantsMaintaining all files for tenantsExecuting a variety of events at the propertyAssisting tenants with specialty concierge servicesSupporting Property Manager with various projectsGathering certificates of insurance and business licensesManaging expiration dates for both certificates and licenseDispatching maintenance for tenant requestsCommunicating with vendors and contractorsMaintaining vendor filesReceiving and coding incoming accounts payableScheduling meetings for ManagerCoordinating tenant appreciation daysPreparing correspondence and reports for ManagerCommunicating with tenants about external improvements or cleaning schedulesResolving customer/tenant questions or concernsDesired Skills:Ability to work well with othersAbility to prioritizeDetailedRequired Skills:BA or BS degree (preferred)Intermediate MS Office skills2+ year of office experienceCommercial Property Management Experience a Plus
