· Job Title: Python - Software Engineer: NaaS Platform· Location: Remote, Europe· Duration: 6 months (B2B)Rate: 250 - 275 Euros / DayJob Description:Overview:A Mid-level Software Engineer to contribute to the development and testing of service-provisioning capabilities, NetBox extensions, and API integrations that enable the NaaS platform to deliver network services to customers.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain NetBox custom scripts and plugins for service provisioning use cases.Implement and test service-provisioning workflows for Infrastructure Connection Modify operations across multiple service types.Write and maintain BDD test scenarios using Robot Framework for service provisioning journeys.Contribute to CFS specification implementation and API endpoint development.Assist with IP address management automation, resource allocation, and routing-plan management tooling.Support integration testing across the NetBox, Intent, and Kafka stack.Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.Key Skills - Required:Python programming experience, including NetBox/Django, pytest, Pydantic, and typing.Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.Familiarity with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, and ORM patterns.Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Git source control.Experience building and testing containerised applications.Exposure to telecommunications domain concepts, including IP networking and service provisioning.Key Skills - Desirable:Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals, including BGP, VRF, IPv4, and IPv6.Experience with Kafka or other event-driven systems.Exposure to test automation using Robot Framework and pytest.Understanding of TMF or telecommunications API standards.Understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous error handling.
