You don't need years of specialty experience, but your curiosity and enthusiasm should be genuine.1+ year of café experience preferredAn active California Food Handlers Card. Or a willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Enchanted Coffee Bar covers all associated costs and compensates employees for time spent completing the certification.A commitment to continuous learning. Specialty coffee is always evolving. Holiday availability is expected for most holidays throughout the year, including Thanksgiving weekend.
