Physical RequirementsWalk roofs, climb ladders, access attics and crawlspaces Kneel, crouch, stoop, balance, and maneuver in tight spaces Safely lift standard tools and equipment Maintain close, distance, color, and depth perception Field work throughout Lebanon, TN and Middle Tennessee Hybrid: field + home office report writing RequirementsHigh accountability and strong personal character Coachable mindset and willingness to grow Ability to follow the 3 Arrows structured inspection and communication process Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong computer proficiency (photos, email, report software) Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Construction background preferred Current home inspector license is preferred 90-hour home inspector training (InterNACHI, AHIT, etc.) completed or have significant progress made Benefits (After 90 Days)Health insurance stipend Family vacation bonus 5% team profit-sharing Monthly fuel & vehicle stipend
