Accounts Receivable Specialist

Modular Services Company is a healthcare design and manufacturing company located on 40 beautiful acres in NE Oklahoma City. We are currently searching for an Accounts Receivable/Collections rock star to join our Accounting team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform reconciliations of customer accounts.Assist with Credit Monitoring/ManagementReview and invoice in ERPSubmit invoice to customer via mail, email, invoice portal or pay appProcess customer paymentsApply funds paid against AR invoice in EPICORTrack and report on past due Accounts Receivable accounts.Contact clients with past due accountsProcess credit memos and corrections as necessaryPerform month end reconciliationsSales Tax filings in multiple statesVarious and other duties as assigned by supervisor.Customer Focus – Perform all job duties with a final aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.Prerequisites and Qualifications for Position:5 or more years experience in A/R and CollectionsManufacturing/Construction industry experienceExperience with AIA billing is a plusExperience with EPICOR ERP System is a plusSuperior organizational skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer skills including Word Processing and Excel
