Machine Shop Foreman

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to join our team. The Shop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. *Duties* - Manage and supervise shop employees, providing guidance and support - Coordinate project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Utilize construction management software for project tracking - Conduct budgeting and cost control measures - Inspect work progress to guarantee compliance with specifications - Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical systems testing - Familiarity with Primavera for project management *Qualifications* - Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction drawings - Experience in pipeline or construction management - Knowledge of Prolog software is a plus - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: Plant City, FL 33563: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
