As we continue expanding across multiple states, our Training team plays a critical role in developing confident leaders, operational excellence, and consistent stand performance across every market.We’re looking for a high-impact, people-first Director of Training who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing others, and is passionate about building scalable training systems that support growth.This role is critical to ensuring all team members receive world-class training, all hourly certifications and learning requirements remain up to date, and every stand operates with consistency, confidence, and unmistakable Brewtopia energy.YOUR MISSIONAs the Director of Training, you are responsible for leading all training and development initiatives across Brewtopia stands within your assigned market. You will partner closely with Operations leadership to create, implement, and continuously improve training programs that support operational consistency, leadership development, and team growth.You will lead the identification, development, and accountability of in-store trainers.RequirementsWhat You’ll DoLead Training & Development ProgramsDevelop, implement, and oversee all hourly and leadership training programs across your assigned marketEnsure all hourly team member training is completed, current, documented, and compliant with company standardsPartner with the VP of Operations to create new training materials, certifications, SOPs, and development initiatives as neededContinuously evaluate training effectiveness and improve systems, tools, and processesBuild onboarding pathways, retraining programs, and leadership development initiativesDevelop and monitor market training KPIs to ensure consistency, retention, operational readiness, and leadership development goals are achievedIdentify & Develop In-Store TrainersIdentify high-performing team members to become certified in-store trainersDevelop trainer expectations, accountability systems, and coaching standardsConduct trainer evaluations and provide ongoing support and developmentEnsure training consistency and operational alignment across all standsSupport Operational ExcellenceConduct regular stand visits to assess training quality, operational consistency, and team performanceCoach Stand Leaders and Shift Leads on training execution, team development, and operational standardsReinforce Brewtopia standards related to beverage quality, guest experience, cleanliness, and speed-of-serviceIdentify operational training gaps and implement action plans to improve performancePartner with District Managers and Operations leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and stand performance expectationsEnsure Training Compliance & AccountabilityMaintain accurate records for all training completion, certifications, and onboarding requirementsMonitor training completion rates, certification compliance, and operational performance metrics to ensure training effectiveness and consistency across all standsEnsure all required programs, certifications, and onboarding processes remain current and consistently executed across all locationsBuild Culture & Develop LeadersBuild Culture & Develop LeadersModel Brewtopia’s tone, energy, and standards in every interactionDeliver real-time coaching, recognition, and feedback that builds confidence and capabilitySupport leadership growth and internal development opportunities across the marketFoster a positive, engaging, and accountability-driven training cultureWho You Are3–5+ years of experience in operations, training, or leadership within QSR, hospitality, retail, or beverage environmentsPassionate about coaching, mentorship, and people developmentStrong leadership presence with excellent communication and organizational skillsOperationally sharp with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsSkilled at building relationships and developing high-performing teamsExperience creating and implementing scalable training systems and operational proceduresWilling and able to travel up to 75% throughout assigned markets, including weekends and holidays as neededPrevious 7 Brew or Brewtopia experience is a huge plusWhat You’ll Get$125,000 annual salaryMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance options401k with Company MatchBonus potential based on performance and company successPaid Time Off (PTO) after 90 daysCar and cell phone allowanceThe opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding, values-driven organizationA fun, supportive, people-first cultureOpportunities to directly impact Brewtopia’s growth, culture, and future leadersJOIN THE BREWTOPIA MOVEMENTIf you’re ready to help create confident teams, exceptional guest experiences, and operational excellence across every stand — we’d love to meet you.Start your journey with us today by completing our quick Culture Index Survey (5–7 minutes):https://surveys.cultureindex.com/s/y8HlLcvMA4/93831Equal Opportunity EmployerBrewtopia is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
