About the jobTitle: Business Technology Support Specialist (ON-SITE)Location: Conshohocken, PARole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Help Desk Specialist located in Conshohocken, PA. The Help Desk Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting technical issues, application support, and working with development team to support new feature rollout. The role involves assisting users with various IT-related problems and ensuring seamless technology operations within the organization.ResponsibilitiesDESKTOP SUPPORTProvide technical support for end-users experiencing network issues, email access problems, monitor set-up, and other common IT-related issues.Handle new hire setup, including work station configuration, ordering / tracking new inventory, etc.TEMPO PLATFORM SUPPORT (Company proprietary software)Serve as the first point of contact for employees experiencing issues or questions related to Tempo.Troubleshoot and diagnose platform-related issues; where possible, resolve problems independently.Collect necessary details when escalation is required and work closely with the QA ninjas, Product Owner, and development team to ensure timely resolution.Log and track support requests through ticketing system.NLS SUPPORT (Loan Management System)Work with Stream employees to troubleshoot and understand NLS platform.Communicate issues to NLS tech support when needed.PHONE SYSTEM SUPPORT (PBX)Manage and support the PBX phone system, including user setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Assist employees with phone-related issues such as call forwarding, voicemail configuration, and device setup.Work with third-party vendors if needed to ensure smooth operation of the phone system.OTHEROther tasks as assigned.QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in help desk supportProven ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutionsExcellent customer service abilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear, user-friendly languageAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCurious and eager to learn new systems and technologies—someone who sees every issue as an opportunity to growMAC / iOS experience strongly preferredPreference for individuals with growth attitude and leadership aspirationsBenefits• Competitive wage• Company-paid health, dental and vision• Company-paid life insurance• Company-paid disability insurance• Paid parental leave• Retirement savings plan• Paid time off and holidays• Professional development and advancement opportunities• Access to the latest technology, such as laptops, and tablets that will help you reach your career goals faster and more efficientlyCompany DescriptionStream Innovations Inc.
