This includes microservices for transaction processing and AI/ML-powered capabilities such as LLM-backed APIs and automation workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Design & DevelopmentBuild scalable Java microservices for payment processingIntegrate with payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, etc.)Develop REST APIs and event-driven systemsUse AI coding tools for development accelerationBuild AI-powered services (RAG pipelines, LLM APIs)Reliability & OperationsOwn production services (monitoring, on-call)Resolve latency and transaction issuesImplement resilience patterns (retry, circuit breakers)Maintain SLAs for performance and uptimeOperate AI systems with observability and fallback mechanismsSecurity & ComplianceImplement PCI-compliant data handlingApply encryption and tokenizationConduct threat modeling and vulnerability remediationImplement AI security practices (PII protection, guardrails)Collaboration & LeadershipWork with BSA, Product, QAMentor engineers and lead code reviewsContribute to architecture and roadmap decisions
