Sales Development Representative

The company has been included on numerous recognised lists of fastest-growing technology companies for consecutive years.The RoleWe are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive pipeline growth across enterprise accounts. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and support the wider sales organisation in expanding into targeted industries and territories.Working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in executing outbound strategies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and generating high-quality opportunities for the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop targeted outreach campaigns and messaging tailored to specific accounts and industries.Partner closely with Sales Directors and AE's to execute and optimise outbound prospecting strategies.Research target organisations to identify decision-makers, business challenges, and potential opportunities.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine target account strategies and support growth initiatives.Carry out outbound activities including cold calling, email outreach, and campaign follow-up.Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team to progress into discovery conversations.Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and pipeline progression within CRM systems.Skills & ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience working in a SaaS / Technology sales or business development environment.Experience using a variety of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, etc.Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and activity goals.Comfortable following outreach frameworks and being able to adapt naturally to conversations and handle objections confidently.Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, building rapport with customers, and contributing to a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.
