A not-for-profit organization, Hospice of Laurens County not only cares for the patient but also their family and loved ones.Position SummaryResponsible for providing nursing services and education within the scope of practice as set forth by the South Carolina Board of Nursing to individuals and their families in a inpatient facility; Coordinates plan of care by working with interdisciplinary team to anticipate and meet patient needs; Serves as the RN member of interdisciplinary team to meet specific plan of care goals; Coordinates closely with related disciplines to ensure professional service delivery; May be asked to provide oversight to NAs, LPNs, volunteers, etc.Why Work With Us?
