Role Description We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our service department on a full-time basis. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and field service operations. You will collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently. This is an on-site role located in Miami, FL. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair processes and techniquesStrong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in Field Service roles and working on-siteExceptional Customer Service and communication skillsAbility to perform routine Maintenance tasks and ensure quality outcomesAttention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issuesPhysical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, and working in outdoor environmentsExperience in roofing or a related industry is a plusValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
