Production Supervisor

Must Have:1-3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentMust have managed teams of 10+ Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build cohesive teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and efficiencyComfortable with 1st shift 5:30 AM-4:30 PM (10 hour shifts) OR 2nd shift 7:30-6:30 AM ability to flex between both shifts Monday-Friday, and 2-3 Saturdays per month Day to Day:We are seeking a hands-on and driven General Assembly Group lead to oversee production union workers in assembly. You will oversee a team of 30 union employees, will be responsible for maintaining high performance and safety standards, managing timekeeping and payroll accuracy, and driving accountability across the team. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast paced manufacturing environment and is committed to operational excellence. Working Monday-Friday, and 2-3 Saturdays per month. 1st shift 5:30 AM-4:30 PM (10 hour shifts) and 2nd shift 7:30-6:30 AM (10 hour shifts) - ability to flex between both shifts if needed
