Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long‑term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences.Your role and responsibilities Currently, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Change Management & Training Consultant to join our team.What You’ll Do:Complete stakeholder assessments, understanding the environment and impacts of the changes with guidance from a Change LeaderCommunicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization and hierarchyFacilitate change conversations and/or workshops, and build strong relationshipsDefine the OCM strategy and related action plans necessary to successfully influence user adoption using change tools and accelerators, working with a Change LeaderActively engage in a change agent network within a clientDeploy feedback tools to assess the effectiveness of the change and training activitiesCollaborate with internal/external clients to develop training programs using existing delivery platforms and tools to achieve defined learning targetsRevise, modify and update training materials/presentations to accommodate defined needsTrack training outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectivesGather feedback on sessions from attendees for improving future content and presentationContribute to COE success by recommending/leading innovation and development initiativesParticipate in new business development, marketing and thought leadership activitiesThis job can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise What You Bring:Minimum of 4 years’ IT Consulting & Professional Services experience in Change Management, project communications and trainingMust have experience in both Change Management, project communications and trainingExperience with Oracle Guided Learning is idealAbility to build relationships and work collaboratively across a diverse teamOrganized, detailed orientated, and willing to plan and track to a project planExcellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skillsAble to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse group of peopleCapable of working independently, taking initiative with minimal supervision and are willing to step in to help the team, where needPreferred technical and professional experienceCertifications in PROSCI, Oracle Guided Learning or equivalent preferred.IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
