Business Operations Manage (part-time)

We are looking for a part-time Business Operations Manager to work a combination of remote (work from-home) and on-site (in-office) hours at our office at the ODC Dance Commons in San Francisco. Key responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the company, financial reporting and projections, overseeing business and licensing arrangements with partnering studios, and collaborating on the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan. This position entails close collaboration with our Director, the company's owner, and support personnel, as well as working with ODC (our partner organization) and key departments of their organization. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and the potential for increased hours and growth as new initiatives arise.
