Depending on your package selection, Averro offers PTO, paid holidays, and legal insurance.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a Sr. Structural Analysis Engineer for a heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle program which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in structural design, analysis, and qualification of aerospace hardware looking to further their career in space launch systems.• Drive full hardware lifecycle from requirements definition through design, analysis, testing, qualification, and integration• Perform structural strength analysis on primary and secondary metallic and composite structures using hand calculations and FEM• Execute structural testing including planning, execution, data reduction, and test documentation• Provide technical guidance through research, concept development, and design trade studies• Collaborate with manufacturing and integration teams throughout design and productionESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS• B.S. in engineering with 6+ years of experience in aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicle structural design• Demonstrated expertise with structural analysis codes (ANSYS, NASTRAN, Optistruct, Hypermesh), CAD, and FEA tools• Strong knowledge of composite and metallic structural design, including bolted joints and primary/secondary structure sizingWHY AVERRO?Averro is a veteran-owned staffing and solutions firm connecting top talent with cutting-edge companies.
