Compliance CoordinatorOtis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Compliance Coordinator. In the Compliance Coordinator role, the successful candidate must be an ambitious, self-reliant, and focused individual to perform a wide range of administrative functions that require problem solving skills under minimal direction. The individual must be a team player and have the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain perspective under pressure.Essential Job Responsibilities:Manage the administrative process specifically related to the testing and violations processCoordinate high volume testing with multiple 3rd party jurisdictions to ensure on time completion of all required testsFull responsibility for entire elevator compliance coordination within the branch:Logging the initial customer order (TCO)Code to indicate contract-covered work vs. building owner's work vs. proposal neededEnsure signed proposals are returned timely from customersCoordinate completion of contract-covered work with Mechanics (request assistance from Service Managers, as needed)Follow up with customer on work to be done by building ownerTroubleshoot sources of delays, when necessary, to ensure 100% compliance by deadline identified on orderCommunicate compliance to the customer and AHJ before deadlineComplete Affidavits and other required paperworkAdditional Administrative duties may include but are not limited to: management of incoming mail, administrative support to branch sales and operations staff, process accounts payable invoices and maintain control over and process draft check requests, and other administrative tasks and assignments at the request of leadershipBasic Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years' experience within an Office / Administrative support type roleExcellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, and aptitude to learn company-specific software (SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, LINX, mainframe, JDE, for example)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking is requiredMust be able to manage workflow efficiently, be self-reliant, show initiative, good judgment, be a team player and have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationEducation:High School Degree or equivalent is requiredBachelor's degree is a plus, but not requiredThe salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
