Surroundings: You'll be working in a manufacturing facility around moving machines like forklifts, overhead cranes and other machines. Activity: Some activities may require standing in one place for a long period of time. Temperature: The temperatures in manufacturing vary depending on the season. Noise level: It's pretty noisy in manufacturing. We provide hearing protection for you. Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, composite or steel-toe shoes are required. RLWS reimburses 50% for safety shoes once per year. This position will work Monday - Friday with the core hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with overtime as needed. New skills. Ongoing learning and growth through continuous improvement. Team environment.
