By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of production machinery.Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.Install, test, and commission new production equipment and machinery.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including LOTO procedures, during maintenance operations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability and efficiency.Recommended QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.Proficiency with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures.Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.Bonus QualificationsExperience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)HVAC/Refrigeration certificationRobotics maintenance and troubleshooting experienceJob Titles That Should ApplyMaintenance Technician, Facilities Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Equipment Maintenance Technician, Preventative Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Facilities Technician, Repair TechnicianWhy Pivot GroupThe Pivot Group was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
