Project Coordinator (PC) – Mechanical / Electrical Process $47-$50/hr + $125 per diem Would be a six months contract to hire format Working five tens and an 8, hourly, non exempt (IE lots of OT) Seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator (APM) to manage field coordination and Construction Change Controls (CCs) on semiconductor and advanced technology projects. This role requires real process piping and MEP experience and a strong problem-solver—not a purely administrative foreman. Key Responsibilities Manage up to 10 CCs at a time Review design documents and develop field-driven solutions Mitigate mechanical and electrical process issues Act as the field liaison between contractors and management Manage daily reports, PTPs, SRAs, and field documentation Support safety, quality, and schedule compliance Requirements Mechanical process piping experience required Ability to read standard 2D construction drawings Semiconductor or industrial construction experience preferred Journeyman license preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong Excel and computer skills Bilingual (Korean or Spanish) a plus Work Details Non-exempt; overtime (time and a half) eligible Per diem provided Field-based role at semiconductor facilities (TI, NXP) Level Project Coordinator, APM or PM depending on experience Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
