In this role, you’ll help us hire great caregivers and ensure every client receives reliable, consistent care.What You’ll Do✔ Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers (CNAs, PCAs, companions) ✔ Manage job postings (Indeed + applicant tracking systems) ✔ Coordinate caregiver schedules and match them with clients ✔ Fill open shifts and respond quickly to call-offs ✔ Support caregiver engagement and retention efforts ✔ Communicate daily with caregivers, clients, and internal team ✔ Ensure documentation meets company and state standardsWhat You Bring✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Ability to multitask and make quick decisions ✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented ✔ Experience in scheduling, staffing, or recruiting (preferred) ✔ Comfort with technology (scheduling software, email, ATS)Why Join Our Beaumont Team?
