Required Skills: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology Valid medical license for the state Strong clinical skills in outpatient consultation, diagnosis, and treatment planning Excellent communication and patient management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in hematology and oncology clinics Familiarity with outpatient electronic health records (EHR) systems Experience coordinating patient care across multiple providers Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience in hematology and oncology Prior outpatient clinic experience preferred Continuous professional development in cancer and blood disorder treatments Other Requirements: On-site presence 3-4 days per week, two weeks per month No inpatient work, no call responsibilities, no APC supervision All inpatient cases referred to tertiary care in Wausau Ability to travel occasionally for meetings or conferences Active licensure and certification with travel and professional development reimbursements This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a supportive environment committed to your success and work-life balance.
