Receptionist / Client Relations Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Happy Snoutz Pet Resort! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Interact with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services
- Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Support the sales team by following up on leads and scheduling appointments
- Set up and execute marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts.
- Learn and utilize our computer software effectively to manage bookings and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Must love dogs! Experience or a general understanding of dog breeds is a big advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus*
- Ability to work as a team player and willingness to learn other aspects of the business to serve clients better.
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Basic clerical and administrative skills
- High level of computer literacy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
