ABM Industries - - Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems; Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment; Identify maintenance risks on equipment; Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems; Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
