Human Resources Business Partner
Key Responsibilities1. HR Business Partnering (Core) Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and deliver tailored HR solutions. Support organizational design, workforce planning and core talent development to drive team and business growth. Coach line managers on performance management, leadership improvement and team effectiveness.Lead and support organizational change initiatives, and build and sustain a high-performance workplace culture.Analyze HR data and workforce insights to assist business and people-related decision-making.2. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure standard and compliant execution of end-to-end HR processes in line with labor laws and company policies.Drive HR process optimization and digitalization, improve data accuracy and overall operational efficiency.3. Employee Experience & RelationsMaintain positive employee relations, handle employee issues professionally and confidentially.Support employee engagement and organizational health initiatives, foster a trusting and collaborative team culture.4. Talent ManagementCollaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements, support full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline building for key positions.Optimize candidate and employee experience to strengthen employer branding.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HRBP and/or talent acquisitionProven experience partnering with business leaders as a trusted advisorStrong experience in full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced environmentsSolid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance Experience in HR process optimization and systems is a plusCore CompetenciesStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong execution capability and results orientationData-driven mindset with analytical capabilityStrong collaboration and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFamiliarity with HR systems and HR digital/AI tools is a plus核心职责1. HR运营与组织效能(HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness)统筹落地全流程人力资源工作,严格遵守劳动法规及公司规章制度,保障人力工作合规有序。推进HR流程优化与数字化落地,提升人力数据准确性与整体运营效率。3. 员工体验与组织文化(Employee Experience & Culture)推动积极、健康的员工体验,强化公司价值观与文化落地专业处理员工关系问题,确保合规性与保密性支持员工敬业度、学习发展及组织健康相关项目通过沟通与机制建设,增强团队凝聚力与组织信任4. 招聘与人才获取(Talent Acquisition & Recruitment)协同业务负责人明确岗位需求,支撑核心岗位全流程招聘工作,搭建核心人才储备池。优化招聘及员工全周期体验,塑造良好的企业雇主品牌形象。任职要求(Qualifications)本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先5年以上人力资源相关经验,具备HRBP或招聘经验优先有支持业务团队的经验,能够作为管理者可信赖的合作伙伴熟悉招聘全流程,有快节奏环境下的招聘经验了解当地劳动法规及基本合规要求有HR流程优化、系统建设或数据分析经验者优先核心能力(Core Competencies)良好的业务理解能力与战略思维出色的沟通能力与影响力,能够有效连接不同层级扎实的执行能力与结果导向数据驱动的分析与决策能力良好的协作能力与问题解决能力能适应快速发展与变化的组织环境熟悉HR系统或HR数字化/AI工具者优先
