The Staff Physician will provide patient-centered care, including conducting assessments, diagnosing health conditions, developing treatment and care plans, and performing follow-up evaluations. The individual will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care. Physicians will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice goals.QualificationsComprehensive clinical knowledge, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up careEffective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsCommitment to patient-centered care and promoting health equityProficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologiesAbility to manage time effectively and maintain strong organizational skillsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and an active, unrestricted medical license in the state of GeorgiaBoard certification or board eligibility in a relevant specialtyExperience in primary care or a related clinical setting is highly preferred
