Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Boca Raton, FL. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting clients with inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. This role involves interacting with clients to address and resolve their concerns efficiently and professionally.
