If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, have strong attention to detail, and want to work in a professional environment, we want to hear from you.What We Offer:Competitive pay ($20 - $22 per hour, based on skill level and experience)Full-time hours (40 hours per week)Overtime opportunities (with prior approval)A professional and supportive work environmentOpportunities to work on a variety of projects and develop your skillsJob Responsibilities:Install and assemble structures, fixtures, doors, and window coveringsPerform framing and general carpentry tasksRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsUse a scissor lift to install frames when necessaryMeasure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to precise specificationsRepair and maintain existing structures as neededCollaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on job sitesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety regulations and company protocolsWhat We're Looking For:Carpentry experience: Demonstrated ability to perform skilled carpentry work, including framing, installations, and repairsTechnical skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawingsProficiency with tools: Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction materialsAttention to detail: Ability to produce high-quality work with precision and accuracyProblem-solving ability: Capable of troubleshooting issues and making necessary adjustments on-sitePhysical stamina: Must be able to handle manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsTeamwork & communication: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other tradespeople and supervisorsWork ethic & reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing projects on timeSchedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (must arrive 15 minutes prior to shift)Pay:$20 - $22 per hour, based on experience and skill levelSher Contracting is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive work environment.
