This position includes residential, commercial, and service plumbing work ranging from new construction and remodels to troubleshooting, repairs, and customer service calls.We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and can work independently as well as with a team.Responsibilities* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems* Perform residential and commercial plumbing work* Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues* Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications* Install fixtures, water heaters, drains, vents, gas piping, and water systems* Complete service calls efficiently and professionally* Maintain clean and safe job sites* Communicate with customers, contractors, and team members* Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company standardsQualifications* Journeyman Plumber license preferred (or equivalent experience)* Experience in residential, commercial, and/or service plumbing* Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Positive attitude and strong work ethic* Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various jobsite conditionsPreferred Experience* New construction residential and commerical* Service plumbing diagnostics and repairs* Water heater installation* Remodel and tenant improvement projects* Knowledge of Wisconsin plumbing codeWhat We Offer* Competitive pay based on experience* Company vehicle for qualified employees* Paid fuel* Opportunity for overtime* Growth opportunities within the company* Steady year-round work* Supportive team environment* Apprenticeship schooling assistance availablePay* Pay based on experience and qualificationsSchedule* Full-time* Monday–Friday* Overtime available
