SME Web Developer
E-Logic is seeking an SME (Subject Matter Expert) Web Developer to provide advanced technical leadership and expert-level support for enterprise web systems supporting the Navy Enterprise Web (NEW) Support Services program. The SME Web Developer will serve as the lead technical authority for web application architecture, modernization, optimization, and secure enterprise web solutions in support of mission-critical operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical lead for enterprise web development initiativesArchitect, design, and oversee implementation of complex web solutionsLead web modernization and application enhancement effortsProvide expert guidance on responsive design, web standards, and secure coding practicesReview and approve technical designs, code quality, and implementation strategiesSupport strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and innovation initiativesMentor developers and provide technical oversight across teamsCollaborate with government stakeholders and executive leadershipMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline requiredMaster's degree preferredIA certification IAM Level I with CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II baseline certification required prior to onboardingExperience of 7 years in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS, JavaScriptExperience of 5+ years in Ajax, JQuery, Bootstrap, Responsive Web Design, PL/SQLPreferred QualificationsExtensive experience supporting federal or DoD web initiativesExperience with enterprise architecture and modernization effortsStrong knowledge of secure coding, accessibility, and performance optimizationProven leadership and mentoring experienceImportant NoticeThis role is part of a proposal for the Navy Enterprise Web (NEW) Support Services program.
