Cell Phone Repair Technician

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and repairing mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. The successful applicant will be well-versed in various operating systems, including iOS and Windows, and possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for troubleshooting. Duties: - Conduct on-site or in-store field service visits to diagnose and repair mobile devices, utilizing hand tools and technical knowledge. - Provide technical support to customers, analyzing their issues and offering solutions in a clear and concise manner. - Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and wearables. - Utilize schematics and technical documentation to diagnose and repair complex device issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and operating systems, including iOS and Windows. - Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with customers. - Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and share knowledge and expertise. Experience: - Proven experience in a field service or technical support role, preferably in the mobile phone industry. - Strong understanding of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. - Experience with various operating systems, including iOS and Windows. - Familiarity with hand tools and the ability to use them effectively. - Experience with equipment repair and technical support. - Ability to analyze complex technical issues and offer solutions. - Experience with Mac OS and the ability to troubleshoot and repair Mac devices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
