Executive Chef — Austin, TXA nationally recognized, culinary-driven restaurant group is conducting a confidential search for an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations at a premier upscale concept in Austin, TX. With 130+ locations and a deep commitment to culinary excellence and team culture, this organization offers a strong platform for senior culinary leaders.About the RoleThe Executive Chef will own the full scope of BOH strategy and execution — from menu development and recipe costing to training infrastructure and operational audits. You'll work in close partnership with divisional leadership and the GM to drive quality, culture, and financial performance.What You'll DoOversee all BOH operations with a focus on purchasing consistency, inventory, and food cost controlResearch, develop, and execute seasonal menus in partnership with divisional culinary leadersLead BOH training programs in collaboration with divisional trainers and chefsConduct quarterly operational audits of BOH systems and SOPsManage recipe costing and recipe book maintenanceRecruit, hire, onboard, and develop all BOH employees and managementChampion teamwork and foster a culture of care and accountabilityWhat You Bring5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurantDemonstrated success leading and developing high-performing kitchen teamsExpertise in BOH systems, food costing, and operational best practicesCompensation & Benefits$70,000 – $100,000/year + quarterly bonusPTO, paid holidays, and personal daysMedical (BCBS), dental, vision, and life insurance401(k), domestic partner benefits, restaurant discounts, and EAPThis is a confidential search.
