Program Specialist

The Amicus Ralph Leek Elder's and PVI programs offer unique community support in personal development through specialized one-on-one supports, art, life skills, and self-advocacy. This position works on site at 68 Hillside Avenue in our newly-redesigned state of the art program site and in the community. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field with one year of relevant experience required. An Associate's degree or a minimum of 60 hours of related college-level courses combined with directly-related experience will also be considered. Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills and the ability to drive a 12- person van and an acceptable driving record required. Successful candidate must have leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit. Knowledge of positive behavioral support and DSP certification preferred, but will train. This full time (37.5 hrs./wk position) comes with an excellent benefit package that adds approx. 25-30% added value to the total compensation package.)
