Job Description We are a MSP in Waltham, MA. Qualifications:1- Proficiency at desktop, server, and network support – should have complete understanding of firewalls, servers, networks, and desktops.2- Ability to communicate effectively, follow procedures, and show up on time every day.3- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.4- Knowledge of virtualization, office 365, Active Directory, VPN.5- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.6- Have a reliable carResponsibilities:performs on-site installation, of Computers, Firewalls, Switches and repair of technical equipment, software, at client locations.
