Their operations leadership team is hiring a Project Director to run their largest, most complex builds end to end. This is a senior leadership seat reporting into executive operations, with full ownership of safety, schedule, budget, quality, and profitability on $100M+ programs.What you will doLead the full project lifecycle from feasibility through closeout on $100M+ mission-critical, manufacturing, or infrastructure programsBuild and direct cross-functional delivery teams: superintendents, project managers, engineers, procurement, controlsDefine scope, set objectives, and align project plans with corporate and client goalsOwn resource allocation, budget management, and financial forecastingIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, and commercial risksEngage executives, clients, A/E partners, and vendors as the project's senior point of contactOversee design coordination, constructability, and resolution of scope gaps and interdisciplinary conflictsDrive a quality management program with stakeholder buy-inSupport business development efforts and pursue new work in the mission-critical sectorApply tools and methods including BIM, Procore, CMiC, P6, and sustainability practices appropriate to data center deliveryWhat we are looking forBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline. Candidates from Mexico, Chile, Canada, and Singapore are encouraged to apply but an engineering degree is required for visa eligibility.15+ years of construction industry experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership roleDemonstrated track record managing $100M+ projects in general construction, electrical construction, manufacturing, technology, or infrastructure (transportation, utilities, communications, buildings, energy)Proven ability to assemble, lead, and mentor multi-disciplinary delivery teamsStrong command of construction processes, codes, standards, and regulationsValid U.S. driver's license and valid passportWillingness to travel 70%+ to client sitesVisa pathwaysTN Visa (USMCA): Mexican and Canadian nationals with engineering degrees, classified under the Engineer TN category.
