This role emphasizes complete product ownership - designing, building, shipping, and scaling features independently. You will operate with high autonomy, turning ideas into production-ready systems without relying on traditional cross-functional dependenciesWhat You'll Do:Own the full lifecycle: translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade solutionsDesign and implement frontend and backend systems, APIs, and workflowsRapidly prototype, validate with users, and iterate to production qualityEnsure performance, reliability, and scalability of systemsMonitor applications, maintain documentation, and improve engineering processesMinimum Qualifications:Proven experience shipping full stack production systemsStrong problem-solving and system design skillsAbility to work independently with high ownershipExperience with APIs, backend services, and modern frontend frameworksUnderstanding of scalability, performance, and reliability trade-offsPreferred Qualifications:Experience building CRM or task/workflow management productsFamiliarity with data pipelines, analytics, or monitoring toolsStrong frontend and UX sensibilityPortfolio or GitHub with deployed projectsTech Stack: VueJS/NodeJS/GoLangWhat Success Looks Like:Delivers features from idea to production with minimal cycle timeBuilds reliable, scalable systems used by customersMakes sound trade-offs between speed, quality, and performanceContinuously improves product experience through iterationEEO Statement: The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
