You'll get 4 days off every week as we don't do mandatory overtime too! SMC CNC Machine Operators run production machining of cast aluminum and iron parts: Load and unload production parts. Audit parts using gauges. Monitor and change tools. Deburr, wash, and pack parts. Clean and organize your area. Attend work reliably. Value safety above goals and metrics. Shifts, pay and benefits Wages start at $19.44 with a base wage of $18.00 plus 8% shift premium. Plus on our weekend shift work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours. Weekend Shift works Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Days 5am to 5pm Nights 5pm to 5am Our benefits are the best in the area. Stecker Machine offers schedules to fit life.
