As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and customer interactions with clear communication. You will respond to concerns, document activity, and work as part of a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative, with a caring culture that puts people first and always acts with integrity. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter doors to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior and/or unsecured areas to site leadership and/or law enforcement as directed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, emergency notifications, and coordination with first responders when needed. Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity documentation, and communicate key observations during shift turnover.Minimum Requirements: An armed guard card and/or license is required. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
