Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trim and Rough professional, based in Lillington, NC. The role entails installing, repairing, and maintaining wiring systems and related security infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include running cables, installing trim components, testing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all systems are functioning according to codes and company standards. The role also involves collaborating with the team and communicating effectively to meet project timelines and specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in structured wiring, low-voltage cabling, and basic electrical conceptsExperience working with security systems, including the installation and maintenance of cameras, alarms, and access controlsAbility to use hand and power tools effectively for installation and maintenance workStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and addressing system issuesExcellent communication, time management, and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with reading and interpreting technical blueprints and wiring diagramsKnowledge of local, state, and national safety and wiring regulationsRelevant work experience in structured wiring or security system installationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in electrical or security systems are a plus
