Rare EM Directorship opportunity in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! This trauma center, based along a scenic portion of the Washington state coast, is now seeking an experienced Director to lead their team. This is a very established, not-for-profit hospital with a strong payer mix. The ED is run efficiently and the team enjoys strong specialty backup and a very collegial relationship with the specialists. This role will be approx. 50 percent clinical and 50 percent administrative. Compensation is very lucrative for the region and includes RVU incentives, admin stipend, annual bonus and benefits!
