Night Manager

Position summary: Assist with management of contract compliance of designated building maintenance services as well as maintain the relationship between City Wide and the various Independent Contractors.Essential duties and responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.General responsibilities:Maintain regular route schedule for client visitsEvaluate independent contractors based on current City Wide parameters and expectations made by City Wide's clientsManage to City Wide operational protocols for contract compliance: complaint policy, continuous improvement notesParticipate in all new starts as key contact for selected ICMonitor City Wide client's consumable supplies as neededMonitor and ensure IC's compliance of City Wide's standards of professionalismConduct daily end-of-day discussions with AMs to review objectives and goals for nightly routeParticipate in the evaluation and selection of Independent Contractors to perform various services for City WideBuild and maintain relationships with new and current Independent ContractorsAdministrative:Submit nightly reports to AM at end of shiftPrepare for and participate in all scheduled meetingsPrepare and submit timely all required monthly reportsAdditional responsibilities:Assist with contract compliance of managed NJS projects as neededContribute to ongoing development of operations strategySkills and abilities required:Ability to use excellent judgement, handle confidential materials and display a professional demeanor at all timesAbility to plan, organize and prioritize work duties and responsibilitiesAbility to meet all deadlinesAbility to speak, write and read English fluentlyWillingness to give and receive constructive criticismAbility to work well with a variety of personality types in a fast paced environment and frequently perform variety of tasks involving different aptitudes, technologies, and proceduresAbility to conduct professional phone conversation and build relationships with clients and vendorsAttention to detail – ensure accuracy and quality of work; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessCity Wide Facility Solutions Boston offers a range of benefits, including medical insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k).J-18808-Ljbffr
