Admissions / Enrollment Team Leader

The Temple Frederick is seeking a qualified sales professional to join our Enrollment Team. The Temple currently has two Campuses located in Annapolis & Frederick, MD.Admissions RoleAdmissions is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals looking to pursue their educational/career goals in the beauty industry. You must desire to help make a difference in people's lives while understanding that your role is sales-based. This person will guide prospective Future Professionals through the entire recruitment/enrollment process genuinely and ethically.Responsible for lead communication and leading tours to prospective Future Professionals onsite and virtually. -Supporting events to promote on-site and off-site recruitment throughout the year that are hosted thru the School.What We Are Looking ForThis position requires the candidate to contribute in a busy, high-energy Cosmetology School. You must bring a positive and professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to manage goal-driven daily tasks enthusiastically and professionally. The candidate must be highly self-motivated to meet and exceed enrollment goals.
