Pay $61,880.00 - $70,998.20 / 12-Month School Calendar & Sign-on bonus Eligible! Core Responsibilities As a Registered Physical Therapist, you will support individuals across our programs by providing expert evaluation, therapy services, and collaborative care. Evaluate and assess individuals on an ongoing basis to develop personalized, meaningful treatment goals. Implement therapeutic interventions based on assessment findings, helping individuals enhance mobility, function, and quality of life. Educate individuals, families, and team members on treatment plans, therapy methods, injury prevention, positioning, range of motion, and more. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals ensuring alignment with each Individual Program Plan (IPP) or Individual Education Plan (IEP). Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program and regulatory requirements. Support departmental operations, including equipment needs, adaptation, and orientation of new staff. Participate in agency-wide initiatives that advance our mission and enhance the well-being of the people we serve. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Current NYS Physical Therapy Registration/Licensure 1-3 years of related experience preferred A valid NYS Driver's License and ability to travel between sites Benefits Our work environment provides the opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced atmosphere.
