OverviewThe opportunity: Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Commercial Laundry Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Squire Resort in Tusayan, Arizona. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-volume commercial laundry facility, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective processing of linens and terry for two large lodging properties totaling 670 rooms. This role includes managing staff, maintaining commercial laundry equipment, implementing quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will also be responsible for inventory control, ordering, scheduling, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 - $62,200 / year. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
