For over 30 years, we’ve engineered premium products that push horsepower limits — and we’re growing.We’re hiring a skilled CNC Programmer to support our production team in a clean, climate-controlled machine shop equipped with modern Mazak Mill equipment and strong engineering support.If you enjoy developing efficient programs, optimizing toolpaths, and driving machining performance, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.Why You’ll Want This JobWork on high-performance automotive componentsCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, 401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Climate-controlled facilityStable, long-term employment with a growing manufacturerOvertime opportunities when neededWhat You’ll Do (CNC Programmer Responsibilities)Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Mazak milling machinesDevelop efficient toolpaths using Mazatrol and/or CAM software (Mastercam preferred)Collaborate with engineering and machinists to improve cycle times and part qualitySupport machine setup, prove-out, and first-run validationTroubleshoot program issues and make real-time adjustments on the floorInterpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsRecommend tooling, speeds/feeds, and process improvementsEnsure programs meet production goals for quality, efficiency, and repeatabilityMaintain organized program documentation and revision controlWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications3–5+ years of CNC programming experience (milling)Experience with high tolerance partsStrong proficiency with Mazatrol and/or CAM softwareDeep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategiesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&TStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferred (Not Required)Mastercam programming experienceExperience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machiningBackground in automotive or performance manufacturingExperience supporting production environments and continuous improvement initiativesScheduleFull-time, on-site1st shift availableOccasional overtime as neededAbout UsAccessible Technologies, Inc.
