1. About Our Client:This organization operates within the healthcare services industry, focusing on managing chargeback, cash application, and adjustment processes. About the Opportunity:The Eligibility Manager leads a team responsible for overseeing chargeback and cash application operations, ensuring high-quality execution and resolution of complex payment issues. This role drives operational excellence, supports decision-making through data insights, and acts as a key liaison among internal teams and external vendors to maintain financial accuracy and process improvements.3. Responsibilities:• Lead daily chargeback, cash application, and adjustment operations for a team of 4–7 analysts• Oversee resolution of complex payment discrepancies and aged receivables• Ensure compliance with audit controls, contractual terms, and internal policies• Prepare end-of-month reports and management summaries• Monitor team performance and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions• Manage, coach, and develop the analyst team• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues• Collaborate with senior leadership on workload planning and operational priorities• Liaise with Finance, Pricing, and vendors to resolve disputes• Coordinate regular business reviews with key vendors• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements• Maintain governance and controls compliance• Provide data-driven insights to leadership for risk management4. Requirements:• Minimum 5 years in chargebacks, accounts receivable, cash application, or related roles in B2B manufacturing or distribution• Strong knowledge of supplier contracts, chargeback processes, and audit controls• Proven team leadership and coaching experience• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and/or Oracle• Effective problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines• Experience preparing reports for senior leadership preferred• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred• Reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Annual salary range of 77,300 - 128,900 USD, depending on experience and location• Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan6.
