No nights or weekends What You'll DoAs a Summer Camp Counselor, you'll support the teaching team in creating a positive, structured, and engaging experience for children. In this role, you will:Help lead fun, age-appropriate activities and support learning and development Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth Supervise children to ensure a safe environment at all times Use positive guidance to encourage good behavior and problem-solving Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Help keep the classroom organized, clean, and ready for learning Support daily routines like snacks, hygiene, and transitions Assist your team in delivering a high-quality summer program What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for working with children. Requirements What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you should:Be at least 16 years oldHave a high school diploma/GED (or be working toward one) Childcare experience is preferrednot required - we're happy to train the right person! Have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to being on time Feel confident interacting with children and communicating with parents Be willing to complete required training once hired (CPR/First Aid, etc.) Be able to stay active throughout your shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
