Our model doesn't rely on overdraft, monthly service, minimum balance, or other member feesit just focuses on delivering member value.About the role We are hiring a strategic Product Manager to own MyPay, Chime's Earned Wage Access (EWA) product and one of the largest businesses in the company. As the PM for MyPay, you'll operate with an owner's mindsetrunning what is effectively an unofficial P&Lwhile shaping pricing, product strategy, and execution for a highly visible, revenue-driving product. This is a full-stack product role with significant executive exposure, regulatory complexity, and direct scrutiny from external stakeholders.The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at 207,000 and up to 280,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience.This role is in-office in San Francisco Monday-Thursday every week.In this role, you can expect to:Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for MyPay, Chime's EWA product, grounded in deep understanding of member needs, behaviors, and financial realitiesFrame ambiguous, high-stakes problems and translate them into clear product bets, hypotheses, and roadmapsBalance short-term iteration with long-term vision, ensuring the product compounds member trust over timeAct as the unofficial GM of the business, owning pricing, growth, profitability, and long-term roadmapPartner closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering on a highly-regulated product surfaceAnticipate regulatory change and translate ambiguity into clear product direction and execution plansPresent strategy, results, and tradeoffs to executive leadership with high visibility and accountabilityDrive cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, analytics, operations, and marketingTo thrive in this role, you have:610+ years of Product Management experience on consumer-facing, revenue-generating productsPrior ownership of pricing, monetization, or P&L-adjacent responsibilitiesExperience operating in regulated environments (FinTech, payments, lending, banking, or adjacent)A track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive-level stakeholdersStrong data fluency, including experimentation, metrics definition, and financial modelingExperience owning full-stack product surfaces (backend systems + user-facing experiences)Comfort operating under pressure with high external and internal visibilityAt Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
