Controls Programmer - BASWe are seeking a skilled Controls Programmer to join our team, specializing in Building Automation Systems (BAS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and configuring controls for BAS and HVAC systems, with a focus on Tridium and Niagara platforms. This role is crucial in optimizing building comfort and energy efficiency through effective automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement control strategies for HVAC systems using Tridium and Niagara platforms.
Program and configure JACE controllers for effective building automation.
Ensure integration of BACnet systems with existing HVAC infrastructure.
Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
Maintain documentation of programming changes and system configurations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in programming BAS, specifically with Tridium and Niagara systems.
Strong understanding of HVAC controls and technologies.
Experience with BACnet protocol and building automation systems.
