This role will provide hands-on support for internal users, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely in a high-performance environment.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesSet up and configure workstations and user accountsSupport collaboration tools, printers, and AV systemsMaintain IT asset inventory and documentationAssist with onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspectiveEnsure adherence to IT security protocolsQualifications:2+ years in IT or desktop support rolesProficiency with Windows, macOS, and Office 365Familiarity with basic networking and endpoint securityStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience in a fast-paced or mission-driven environment preferredCompensation:$80,000 per yearJ-18808-Ljbffr
